Venroy July

Venroy July is a corporate attorney with a diverse practice focusing on corporate and finance matters for both private and public companies. His expertise spans areas such as mergers, stock and asset transactions, joint ventures, debt and equity offerings, business restructurings, and proxy contests.

He pursued his education at the Taft School before earning his JD from Duke University School of Law. Additionally, he completed his undergraduate studies in Political Science and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Currently, Venroy July serves as a Partner at Dickinson Wright PLLC. Prior to this role, he held positions as a Partner at Miles & Stockbridge P.C., Counsel at Miles & Stockbridge P.C., a Commercial Transactions Attorney at Vodafone through Secondment, and as an Associate at Hogan Lovells and Dickstein Shapiro LLP.
