Vaughn Baker

Vaughn Baker is currently working in Growth & Retention at TurboTax. Previously, he was involved in overseeing strategy, partnerships, and business operations at the social impact investing app Swell and worked as a Project Lead at IDEO. Vaughn excels in identifying user needs and launching new products and services across various industries like financial services, media & entertainment, consumer tech, retail, and organizational design.

Outside of work, Vaughn is dedicated to giving back by supporting education access programs for low-income and minority families. He is an alumnus of programs like INROADS, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and the Kapor Center for Social Impact. Vaughn's interests also extend to science fiction, and he has previously served on the Board of Directors for Reality Changers, a non-profit focused on college readiness for inner-city youth in San Diego.

In terms of education, Vaughn Baker holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, a Master of Integrated Product Design from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business. Additionally, he has served as the Senior Vice President of Product Management at LPL Financial.
