Vatsal Gandhi

Vatsal Gandhi is a Senior Associate at Ankura Consulting, LLC based out of Chicago and has extensive experience in transaction advisory services. Gandhi graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with electives focusing on various subjects such as Design for Six Sigma, Decision Analysis, Engineering Law, and Finite Element Analysis.

Gandhi has worked in various organizations such as the Illinois Sustainable Technology Center, Peddinghaus Corporation, and as a Design Studio Assistant at the Mechanical Engineering Lab at the University of Illinois. During his tenure, he gained analytical and laboratory experience, honed his design skills, and gained research experience with a start-up at the Research Park in Champaign.

Before joining Ankura, Vatsal Gandhi was a Senior Consultant at Navigant and has also worked as a Consultant there. He was also an Intramural Soccer Official at the Campus Recreation and a Supervisor at the University of Illinois Housing and Dining Services.

With his experience in transaction advisory services and mechanical engineering, Vatsal Gandhi is well-suited for tasks that require analytical and design thinking. He has an interest in renewable energy, nuclear engineering, and computational fluid dynamics.
