Vasilis Tsougkas

Vasilis Tsougkas is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Estate Brains, a real estate data analytics platform.34 He has been in this role since May 2020.4 Estate Brains uses advanced technological tools and algorithms to make the process of buying, renting, or selling property faster, safer, and more efficient.1

Prior to Estate Brains, Tsougkas co-founded and served as CEO of Dropebnb from March 2017.4 He is also currently a Startup Mentor at Founder Institute, a position he has held since September 2024.4

Tsougkas has a background in civil engineering and law. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Panepistimion Patron and an LLB (Law Degree) from City, University of London.2 His professional experience includes roles such as Commercial Manager and Contract Performance Manager at UK Power Networks, and various consulting positions in the construction industry.2

Vasilis Tsougkas is multilingual, with full professional proficiency in English, native proficiency in Greek, and varying levels of proficiency in German and Spanish.2
