Varun Shah

Varun Shah is the Co-Founder of Eccentric Engine, a company he founded in 2012.12 Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Varun leads a team of 90 people at Eccentric, which focuses on powering the shift from 2D to 3D experiences in the automotive industry.1 The company provides omni-channel purchase experiences using XR technology, enabling vehicle buyers to get complete clarity about products through immersive 3D experiences.1

Prior to founding Eccentric Engine, Varun held several positions in the digital and mobile technology sectors:

• Senior Manager at Zenith (December 2010 - April 2012)
• Account Manager for the Delhi Region at Phonevalley (July 2010 - February 2011)
• Project Executive at Phonevalley (May 2009 - July 2010)
• Trainee Program Manager at TATA Communications Ltd. (February 2008 - July 2008)

Varun completed his education at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2005 to 2010.1

Under Varun's leadership, Eccentric Engine has partnered with major automotive brands such as Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Stellantis, Toyota, Nissan, MG Motor, Hyundai, and over 3,100 of their dealerships.1 The company's platform has enabled the visualization of more than 65 vehicles across various touchpoints for more than 11 OEM partners.3
