Varun Saini is a highly driven and results-oriented professional with a strong background in leadership and strategic thinking. Varun has held various key roles in distinguished organizations, including Tata Digital where he was involved in Customer Experience. He also served as the Chief Child Rearing Officer at On the road and held pivotal positions as the Head of Customer Experience at udaan.com and PhonePe. Through his tenure as a Board Observer at companies like Blowhorn, Svasti Microfinance, and iSTAR Skill Development Pvt Ltd, Varun has demonstrated his expertise in strategic decision-making and leadership.
Prior to his corporate roles, Varun Saini honed his skills and leadership qualities during his time in the Indian Navy, progressing from an Officer Cadet to a Lieutenant. His experience as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company, where he also started as a Summer Intern, further solidified his strategic and analytical abilities. Varun also ventured into social impact and investments in Financial Services and Livelihoods at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, showcasing his diverse skills and interests.
