Prior to his role at Engineer.ai Inc, Varghese held various leadership positions at Edelman, a global communication-marketing firm, where he managed significant client relationships and teams of up to 200 members.
At Edelman, Varghese also led the technology sector for the South Asia, Middle East, and Africa sub-region, focusing on knowledge management, business development, and IP/marketing.
Additionally, he has a background in PR firms and IT companies, where he managed Sales & Marketing, Communications, and Quality Assurance.
Varghese is well-educated, holding a Post Graduate degree in Statistics, an MBA specializing in Marketing, and having attended several leadership programs and business communications courses.
He is currently serving as the SVP at Builder after previously holding positions as CBO, President & COO, and SVP at Engineer.ai.
