Vanya Babanin is a highly experienced brand, marketing, and communication professional with over 20 years of expertise in the field. She has a PhD in Communications and Semiotics as well as degrees in Economics, Textile Manufacturing, and Communication Studies from the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and the University of Leipzig. She is a former Honorary Lecturer in Brand Management at New Bulgarian University and has held senior marketing and communication roles in companies such as iUVeda, Monbat Group, Mercedes-Benz Bulgaria, and Daimler AG.

Vanya is an external teams leader with a high level of integrity and dedication to transformations. She has introduced agility to corporations and structured processes approach to start-ups. She was a former CMO at iUVeda and the Global Director of Marketing and Communications at Monbat Group, where she managed the reputation and brand management of both companies.

Vanya is also the former Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Mercedes-Benz Bulgaria and Balkan Star, where she supervised all marketing activities for Daimler brands. She has also worked as a Stringer/Anchor at ZDF - German Television and as a PR and Marketing Manager for Evrokamion/MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG and TECH-CO Ltd. Vanya has a passion for journalism and started as a freelancer in print media.
