Vanja Josifovski is a highly experienced and accomplished computer scientist with an impressive track record in leadership, research, and innovation across various big tech companies, startups, and academic institutions. Prior to that, he was an Advisor and Investor at multiple startups, including Kosei. He also worked at Pinterest where he wore multiple hats, including Head of Ads Engineering, Head of Discovery - Search and Feeds, Head of Growth Engineering, and CTO and VP Eng. He also served as a Sr. Director of Advertising in Yahoo Research, a Research Staff Member at IBM Almaden, and an Assistant Professor at Uppsala University.
