She is the founder of Spottabl, a Saas enabled Platform to spot top talent fast, by augmenting recruiting superpowers of expert recruiters on cloud. Vanishri's career started with recruiting positions at Manpower Services, Microsoft Research Labs, and AOL Online India Pvt Ltd. She then advanced to be Lead-Management & Organizational Hiring at Flipkart.com, Manager Talent Acquisition India at EFI, Head of Talent Acquisition at Practo, and VP - Human Capital at Nexus Venture Partners. She also co-founded ConnectEcho before starting Spottabl. Throughout her career, Vanishri has been a problem solver when it comes to partnering with business in recruitment and talent solutions. She enjoys being a storyteller, connecting people, and being a cultural ambassador of companies/startups she worked for. Her passion for recruitment led her to experiment with numerous solutions like HRTech solutions, AI for Hiring, Job Post platforms, Talent Bidding Platforms, SaaS Solutions for Recruitment, and more, which taught her the importance of building a product rather than a feature.
