She has held key positions such as Innovation Consultant and former Design Team Lead UI & UX at BAYTEQ Cia. Ltda. Valentina also previously served as a Design Thinking Senior Coach at Impact Week, showcasing her expertise in fostering creative problem-solving and user-centric design approaches.
