Joseph Flaherty

Joseph Flaherty is an accomplished professional with experience in product design, marketing, and writing. He studied at Westford Academy before earning a BFA in Industrial Design at the Rhode Island School of Design. He has worked for major organizations, including NASA and Wired, where he is currently a staff writer covering the intersection of technology and culture. Previously, he worked at AgaMatrix and was instrumental in launching 10 FDA-cleared medical devices. He began as a design consultant before transitioning into a senior management position, overseeing strategic marketing and product design. During his tenure at AgaMatrix, he managed a team that helped the company grow from 15 employees to over 150. He is currently the Director of Content & Community at Founder Collective.
