Valentin Capotescu

Valentin Capotescu is a skilled IT engineer with a wealth of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries. Having studied General Economics, Commerce, Tourism & Service Economy at the Faculty of Economy and Business Administration at West University in Romania, Valentin has an extensive educational background in the field.
