Joshua Schulman

Joshua Schulman is a Vice President at Natwill LTD, a family-owned real estate developer and investor. He has a strong background in real estate development and finance, having previously worked as an Associate and Analyst at Natwill LTD. Schulman holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Organizational Behavior from McGill University.

In addition to his role at Natwill LTD, Schulman is also involved with Coastal Development Partners, where he serves as an Associate, focusing on site acquisitions and managing relationships with underwriting institutions.
