Utkarsh Rai, a former Managing Director at a leading IT MNC, is an ICF-certified leadership coach, motivational speaker, and popular author. Having studied Masters in Mathematics (Hons) and Computer Science at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley, he has over fifteen years of experience in providing disruptive optical networking systems. As a founding head of Infinera India, he led a team of over 800 software professionals and delivered significant technology innovation resulting in a successful IPO on Nasdaq, establishing the company as a global player with a multi-billion-dollar valuation.
