With a bachelor's degree in Commerce and a PGDM in Human Resources from Amity Business School, Umang has more than a decade of experience in the field. He has held various HR positions with Yum! Brands, including Head Field HR & Franchise HR Partner, Senior Manager: Field HR & Franchise Partnering, Manager - Learning, Talent & OD, Manager Talent & Rewards, Corporate Human Resources Manager, Deputy Manager Human Resources (Field), and Deputy Manager Human Resources. Before joining Yum! Brands, Umang also worked as a Sr. Executive HR at Pantaloon Retail India Ltd and Assistant Manager HR at Bharti Retail. Umang has a passion for optimally developing human capital, building a dynamic talent pipeline through performance management, and assessment centers to create value for the organization.
