Starting as an HR Trainee at GEA Group, Uli's career trajectory led him to Google, where he held roles like Performance Management Specialist and Global People Development Program Manager, contributing to innovative solutions that shaped the company's approach to talent management.

At Lyft, Uli took on the role of Head of People Learning & Development, where he spearheaded the redesign of the Performance Management system, revamped the L&D portfolio, and championed People Development initiatives across the organization.
