Ruth Penfold

Ruth Penfold-Brown is a leadership coach, people developer, and change management expert with a passion for inspiring others to unlock their potential. Ruth's educational background includes a B.A. in Business Law and Marketing from the University of North London, a Diploma of Coaching from Animas Center for Coaching, and an International Navigator certification from Common Purpose. Throughout her professional journey, Ruth has held various leadership positions in the talent management, learning and development, recruitment, employee engagement, and executive search areas. Ruth was the People Practice Lead (Chief People Officer) at Launchpad and VP, People at Onfido, where she helped craft cultures where human beings truly thrive and feel safe to innovate. Ruth's specialties include leadership coaching, human resources, employee wellbeing, performance management, recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent management, among others. She is also the founder and person of the people at Pancakes and Peacocks and has held various ambassadorial and mentoring roles throughout her career.
