- Manage a suite of Mastercard’s Loyalty products for large Canadian financial institutions, with products ranging from promotions to mobile applications using Mastercard’s APIs to email messaging services.
- Primary point of contact for Canadian financial institutions with regards to all operational and strategic aspects of running a wholistic loyalty program
- Responsible for the commercialization, sales enablement, and product management for promotional products focused on driving cardholder engagement and network preference
- Provide end-to-end project oversight throughout implementation of loyalty projects in market
- Manage multiple customer loyalty programs and engagements in market, including regular client discussions and quarterly business reviews in coordination the Issuing and/or Market Development account teams

I am responsible for overseeing projects from initial conceptual ideas to completion and implementation of the final product within budget and tight deadlines. I must also maintain partner relationships on a daily basis to ensure each party is on the same page. Daily communication, organization, and punctuality are key strengths I portray to ensure successful implementations. I organize weekly calls with the processors, banks, card manufacturers and Visa to ensure Trureal Card Management Group is always in compliance with each partner’s policies, and to ensure all obligations are met.
