Research Assistant: ABC-Clio Series: Examining the Facts at The College of New Jersey
Tyler Swartz is a second-year law student (2L) at Rutgers Law School, based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He has a diverse background in research, legal internships, and public policy. Among his roles, he served as a Research Assistant for the ABC-Clio textbook series Examining the Facts at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) from January to June 2021. In this position, he collaborated with a TCNJ Political Science professor to publish a textbook on the national debt.1
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from TCNJ (2019–2023) and is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor (JD) at Rutgers Law School (2023–2026). His professional experience also includes judicial internships, government affairs roles, and research assistance on legal treatises.1
