Tyler Freeman

Tyler Freeman is an experienced professional with a background in business and public service. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce Co-Op, International Business degree at Dalhousie University, and also studied Business at Jönköping University. Prior to his higher education, Tyler attended Parkside High School.

Tyler has held various roles in different organizations, showcasing his versatility and expertise. He has served as a Special Assistant to the Minister and Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff at the Office of the Minister of Public Services and Procurement in the Government of Canada. Previously, he worked as a Special Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Democratic Institutions in the same governmental body. Tyler has also been a Contractor in Public Affairs Research and Insights at Crestview Strategy, displaying his proficiency in strategic communication.

In the Ontario Government, Tyler has contributed significantly in various capacities including as an MPP Liaison, Office Manager, and Scheduler. He also worked as an Office Manager and Scheduler, highlighting his organizational and managerial skills. Tyler's experience extends to the private sector where he worked as a Public Affairs Intern at Crestview Strategy, a Content Operations Coordinator at Sears Canada, and a Credit Analyst at Onesta Capital Inc. His diverse professional background includes roles such as Volunteer Coordinator for a Federal Election Campaign and Scribe and Research Assistant at the 2015 Bay Area Economic Summit.

During his academic years, Tyler gained practical experience through Co-op programs, where he had roles like Marketing Analyst at Salon Revive, Research Assistant at Nova Scotia Business Inc. (NSBI), and Brand Coordinator at Solar Global Solutions. Tyler's early work experience includes being a General Labourer at Delta M Inc., showcasing his commitment and adaptability in various environments.
