Lesley Sherban is a highly experienced professional with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a strong background in stakeholder outreach, community relations, policy development, and implementation.
Lesley completed her MBA in Business Administration at University Canada West and also holds a BBA in Business Administration and Political Science from Trent University.
With over a decade of experience, Lesley has held key positions in various governmental organizations, including Director of Operations at the Office of the Minister of Small Business and Export Promotion in the Government of Canada, where she led strategic initiatives and operational functions.
Prior to this, she served as Director of Parliamentary Affairs at the Office of the Minister of Small Business and Tourism and as a Senior Regional Advisor (Ontario) at the Office of the Minister of Public Services and Procurement, showcasing her diverse skill set across different departments.
Her professional journey also includes roles such as Senior Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Special Assistant in Operations at the same ministry, and Executive Assistant to Parliamentary Assistant Dr. Helena Jaczek at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment.
