Tyler Claypool

Tyler Claypool is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at Baker Hill, having been promoted from his previous role as Director of Information Technology.13 He leads a team responsible for cloud and systems architecture, administration, security operations, and Salesforce management.2

Claypool's career at Baker Hill began in 2016 as a Systems Engineer, progressing through roles such as IT Manager and Director of Information Technology before reaching his current position.23 His responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the production environment hosting client-facing solutions
• Managing corporate IT & infrastructure, security operations, and governance & risk
• Leading annual SOC 2 Type 2 audits and various security assessments
• Supervising employee onboarding, access control, and hardware provisioning3

Prior to Baker Hill, Claypool worked at West Monroe Partners as an Infrastructure Technology Consultant from 2012 to 2016.3 He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Technology from Purdue University, graduating in 2012.23

Claypool is also involved in creating a health-conscious culture at Baker Hill, leading the Wellness Committee and captaining the company's team in the Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge.13
