Tyler Chance
Tyler Chance is an accomplished and versatile product professional with extensive experience in journalism, media, and design. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis and began his career at Lafayette Journal & Courier as a Copy Editor, Page Designer, and Social Media Strategist. Tyler served as an Assistant Instructor at Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis before joining Gannett as a Designer. He later joined The Wall Street Journal as an Art Director and then transitioned to Product Management. At WSJ, he served as Product Manager, focusing on editorial tools and was eventually promoted to Product Director. Tyler is currently Vice President of Product Management at Hearst Magazines, where he continues to specialize in editorial tools and drive engaging reader experiences through technology. His passion is in combining technology and storytelling and has worked on projects that exemplify this mission.
