Accomplishments:

*	Designed and implemented BeadWORKS business model that increased women production capacity by 500%, reduced field operational costs by 80%, and shortened business order fulfilment time from 6 months to 6 weeks. Over 1300 Pastoralist women earn sustained income from this business.

*	Developed a business model that promotes transformation of  Morans (young warriors) from destructive cultural practices to productive  economic activities. This model is in the pilot stage.

*	Facilitated establishment of membership-based savings and investment vehicle (SACCO) for communities to inculcate entrepreneurial culture, catalyse income diversification and promote financial inclusion.

* Orchestrated the successful turnaround of the company from a loss of Ksh. 9 million per year to profitability within 2 years – restored hope for 800 artisan families.

* Streamlined production system resulting in elimination of order delivery delays, improved product quality, and 70% reduction in fixed production overheads.

* Developed strategic partnerships with development partners in the areas of market access capacity building and product development.
