Tri (Dennis) Doan is a natural problem solver with a passion for supporting founders in building companies and driving disruptive innovations to successful monetization.

He is particularly interested in various sectors like New retail, Logistics, TMT, Financial services, Real estate, AI/ML, and enjoys discussing market trends, business models, and new ideas.

Tri holds an Executive MBA in Advanced Finance and Strategy from Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from Drexel University, and has a high school education from Le Hong Phong High School For The Gifted in HCMC, Vietnam.

Currently, Tri is the Senior Investment Manager for Early-stage & Growth Capital at VinaCapital, and he has held key positions in several organizations including serving as a Board Member at LOGIVAN and Ecomobi PTE.

He also has experience as an investor and board member in companies like GoStream, UrBox, REVER, and Homebase. Additionally, Tri has a background in venture investment, equity & debt capital markets, corporate finance, and private banking with renowned institutions like Deloitte Southeast Asia, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and VinaCapital Ventures.

Moreover, Tri Doan has prior experience as an Owner/Operator of Doan Gia Company Limited and has interned at BlackRock.
