Kristy Tillman

Kristy Tillman is the Director of Product Design at Netflix, specifically overseeing Studio XD, which encompasses Pitch to Post and Creative Production & Promotion. With over 15 years of experience in the design industry, she has held various significant roles, including Head of Global Experience Design and Head of Communication Design. Her expertise spans across multiple design challenges and leadership in building design teams from the ground up.

Tillman is also an educator, teaching a module on social impact design at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). She is a graduate of the Kansas City Art Institute and Florida A&M University, an HBCU. In addition to her design work, she serves as an advisor for the Designer Fund and is a board member of the Design Advisory Council at the University of Texas at Austin.
