With experience in banking and mortgage lending, Tracy has achieved a great deal of success throughout her career. Tracy is no stranger to the complexities involved in real estate transactions and is adept at processing mortgages, putting her expertise to work in both sectors.

Tracy is recognized for her credentials, holding a Series 6 and 63 license, National NMLS and 15 individual state mortgage licenses. Additionally, she has had a Texas Real Estate Broker license since 1987. Tracy received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Kentucky School of Business, studying an undergraduate in Business Administration and Management at Southern Methodist University, and Pre-Dentistry Studies at Fairfield University. She also studied at the International School Manila Philippines.
