Traci Maddock is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in digital strategy, brand development, and leadership counsel across various industries like Sports, Entertainment, Fashion, and Beauty.

She has provided strategic guidance to global icons like David and Victoria Beckham, Neymar Jr, Lewis Hamilton, Elle Macpherson, Dr. Barbara Sturm, and Real Madrid, influencing their digital and social media presence.

Traci co-founded Era VC, a global investment fund, and is the Technology and Brand Director at Merian Ventures, focusing on advancing female-led innovation in Cyber, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and consumer-facing technologies.

As the Global Ambassador for Digitalis, she advises companies, governments, and private clients on digital online reputation management.

With a commitment to philanthropy, Traci serves as a Trustee for Richard and Patricia Caring’s Family Foundation and as a Board Member for Forward Global, a prestigious organization addressing global challenges through strategic vision and collaboration.

Her educational background includes studying Artificial Intelligence at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and BA Hons in Graphic Design from the University of Plymouth.
