Tracey Marshall is a CIPD qualified HR professional, with over 12 years of experience in the field. With a passion for HR, she has worked strategically to maximize effectiveness and operate pragmatically. As an Associate member of the CIPD, she has extensive experience in Resource & Talent Planning, Reward/Benefits, L&D an ER, as well as HR Reporting and Payroll. Her strong communication skills enable her to be a key communicator to stakeholders at all levels, and to lead Diversity and Inclusiveness in the workplace. Tracey has worked in various HR roles for organizations such as The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, Recruitment & Employment Confederation, Royal Pharmaceutical Society, Parity, and Interval International.
