Andy Woodbridge is a highly experienced insurance professional with a broad range of skills and expertise developed over many years in the industry. With a strong background in L&D, organizational development, HR, and project management, Andy has an impressive record of achievement in roles ranging from Training and Audit Manager to Head of Management Development and Associate Director of Insurer Operations. He has a proven track record of managing MGA/Insurer back office systems and underwriting referral services, including credit control and accounting, statement reconciliation, payment remittance, data management, BI, product integration, broker and insurer relations, regulatory and management reporting, EDI and Bordereaux management and system configuration. Andy has particular expertise in software house integration across the insurance industry, and is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (Minst ILM).
