Tory Robinson

Tory Robinson is a results-oriented leader with over 15 years of experience in designing and executing programs to improve patient outcomes in complex care pathways. She excels in strategic planning, quality improvement, and translating advanced statistical concepts into plain English. Tory has a proven track record in implementing and growing programs aimed at international clients and cross-functional care teams. She is fluent in written and oral Spanish and has intermediate proficiency in Portuguese. Tory studied for her B.A. at Yale University.

In terms of her professional background, Tory has held key positions at various prestigious organizations. Currently, she serves as the Director of Quality Improvement at Blue Shield of California. Prior to this role, she held the position of Senior Manager of Quality Improvement at Blue Shield of California. Tory also has experience as a Principal Consultant in Performance Excellence at Kaiser Permanente, as well as roles in consulting and program management at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan.
