Tony Karrer is a seasoned technology consultant and adviser with over 20 years of experience working with different startups, established companies, and academic institutions. He has founded three companies, two of which are operating profitably, while the other was sold for $58 million. Tony's passion for startup success is well-known, and he has helped over 50 different startups build web/mobile software that meets their needs while driving growth. His pragmatic, metrics-driven approach sets him apart and has made him a go-to expert for many. In addition, Tony has worked with some of the biggest names in tech, including Microsoft, IBM, HP, and more, creating innovative products and fixing reliability and scaling issues. Tony taught Computer Science at Loyola Marymount University and was a valedictorian at the same institution. He attended the University of Southern California as a Tau Beta Pi fellow, where he received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science. Tony is a frequent speaker at industry and academic events and is the founder and leader of the LA CTO Forum, the largest of its kind in the United States. He is a consultant, board member, and founder of several organizations and initiatives aimed at helping others succeed in tech.
