Hans Lee is the CTO and Co-Founder of Freedom Robotics, a company focused on building technology and products for robotics, manufacturing, and logistics. He held this position from August 2017 until December 2020. During his tenure, he was responsible for leading the strategic vision and overseeing the product, engineering, and robotics teams. His work involved enhancing the return on investment for clients' robotics investments and developing a robust, scalable technology architecture from the ground up.1
Before Freedom Robotics, Lee had significant experience in various technology roles, including as CEO and CTO of Sticky.ai, which was acquired by Tobii, and as a CTO at EmSense Corporation, which was acquired by Nielsen. His early career included research roles at the MIT Media Lab and work with Sony PlayStation.1
Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has been involved in numerous innovative projects throughout his career.1
