Tony Jeffries
Tony Jeffries is a retired boxer and fitness enthusiast. He is known as the 2008 Olympic bronze medallist and has achieved several key milestones in boxing, including being a five-time European medalist and seven-time national champion. With over 57 representations for England/GB, Tony has been the England Team Captain and has been awarded the BBC North East Sports Personality of the Year award, amongst various others. Tony is also an active philanthropist and has contributed significantly to various charities, including the Cancer Research organization. He has also been part of several TV shows, including the Gadget Show and The Weakest Link boxers' edition. Tony is a qualified personal trainer, with several Level 3 CYQ qualifications to his name. He has coached and trained individuals across the spectrum, including running his ladies' Boxercise class at the Olympian Gym, Sunderland, and training males from ten to thirty-four years old. Tony is also the co-founder and creator of the Box 'N Burn Academy, a California-based gym with two locations.
