Mike Melby, professionally known as Michael J. DeLuca Melby, is a seasoned investor, founder, and executive with a sharp focus on Fitness & Sport Lifestyle through his company FitLab.
Currently spearheading the development of various ventures including Nike Studios, Assault Fitness, Racked, Electric, Fitplan, Freeletics, McGregor FAST, Momentous, Ragnar, RPM Training Co., Sanctuary Fitness, and XPT Life, among others.
He is also a co-owner of Cesena Football Club and a co-founder of Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, with prior investments in UFC Gym and other fitness enterprises at NeV.

Hailing from California, particularly Newport Beach and Mammoth Mountain, he also takes pride in being a fan of Calcio (Italian soccer) and his Italian American heritage.
In terms of education, he holds a MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and received his high school diploma from Servite High School, specializing in Sport at IMG Academy.
His extensive organizational background includes various leadership roles at Assault Fitness, Cesena Football Club, Ragnar Events LLC, Fitplan, Inc., ELECTRIC, FitLab, RPM Training Co., Momentous, Freeletics, XPT Life, and Mayweather Boxing + Fitness.
His prior roles encompass positions like Managing Partner at FitLab, Vice President at New Evolution Ventures, Head of Business Development & International at UFC GYM, Co-Founder & CEO at PayDivvy, and different levels of involvement at TapIt!, Leadgate, ClearLight Partners, and FBR.
