Tony DiBernardo is a seasoned professional with a passion for customer service and experience. He obtained a Master's Degree in Space Studies with a focus on Astronomy from the American Public University System, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from California State University-Long Beach, and an Associate of Science degree in Physics and Astronomy from Saddleback College.
Throughout his career, Tony has held positions in various organizations, the most recent being Director of Customer Experience at Buildr. He previously worked at Kajabi, where he held different roles such as Sr. Customer Success Manager, VP of Customer Experience, Director of Customer Success, Member Success Manager, and Hero Coach. He started his professional career as a server at California Pizza Kitchen and Nick's Restaurant.
