Tong Wang

Tong Wang is a seasoned professional with a background in corporate open innovation strategy and startup partnerships, along with extensive experience as a product manager in the field of industrial automation.

His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Mechatronic Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, an exchange Ph.D. student/research fellow in the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Purdue University, and a B.S. in Automation and Information Technology from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.

Throughout his career, Tong has held key roles in renowned organizations such as Vipas Partners, Schaeffler, next47, Siemens Technology to Business Center (TTB), and Siemens, where he contributed as a managing partner, venture technologist, associate venture catalyst, innovator, product life-cycle manager, and management trainee for product management.

His professional journey also includes research assistant positions at Purdue University and Beijing Institute of Technology, showcasing his dedication to both academia and industry.
