Steven Yan is a seasoned tech professional with a diverse background in product management and software engineering. He obtained his BS in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College before completing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Steven's experience spans across various organizations, including Trend Micro and Zendesk, where he occupied different roles during his tenure.
At Zendesk, Steven served as the VP/GM of Zendesk Connect, where he oversaw the messaging product for the customer relationships management software startup. He also held other positions at Zendesk, including Director of Product, Emerging Businesses, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager. Earlier in his career, Steven worked as Integration Lead at Zendesk. Before joining Zendesk, Steven worked for more than six years with Trend Micro, where he rose through the ranks from Software Engineer I to Staff Software Engineer.
