Steven Yan is a seasoned tech professional with a diverse background in product management and software engineering. He obtained his BS in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College before completing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Steven's experience spans across various organizations, including Trend Micro and Zendesk, where he occupied different roles during his tenure.

At Zendesk, Steven served as the VP/GM of Zendesk Connect, where he oversaw the messaging product for the customer relationships management software startup.
