Toms Niparts

Toms Niparts is a self-starter with an impressive track record of building successful companies from the idea stage to being recognised establishments. With over 50 team members and an annual revenue of EUR 7M+, Toms has proven himself as a top-level manager with a wealth of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the prestigious Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Toms is currently building a new generation loan advisor for South-East Asia under Jeff App, which promises to revolutionize the lending industry in the region.

Toms is the Founder and CEO of Jeff App, a company set to change how people obtain loans, allowing access to credit within minutes, anytime and anywhere. He has held key positions in several organisations, including the Latvian Startup Association, Digital Finance International, and Viventor, where he served as both CEO and COO. Toms has also held customer success and sales development management roles at BuyerDeck, a factoring internship position at SEB Banka Latvia, and a sales trainee role at airBaltic.

As the former President of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga Student Association and a project manager at "Padod tālāk" LTD, Toms has shown a keen interest in leadership and community development.
