Rohini Kumar

Rohini Kumar is an accomplished and experienced leader with a diverse background in the Financial & Professional Services and Technology sectors, with expertise in Cybersecurity and Fintech. She is a listed member of Innovate Finance's Women in Fintech Power list for two years running and is passionate about building engaged, diverse and impactful teams. With a successful track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders, coaching, mentoring, and project management, she brings considerable experience in analysis and synthesis of multiple info sources, resulting in successful strategy design and delivery. Her operational experience in commercial and business-facing settings, including export campaign planning, leading trade missions, and sanctions implementation, has helped her cultivate a proven collaborative approach to working with Whitehall departments and financial regulators.

Rohini studied Law at the College of Law in London and holds a Bachelor of Law degree with Honors from Middlesex University. Her A-levels were taken at Wolfreton School. She has served as Head of Growth Capital - Origination, Capital Investment & Entrepreneurship at the Department for International Trade (DIT).
