Tommy Nicholas

Tommy Nicholas is the CEO and co-founder of Alloy, a company that addresses identity risk for banks and fintech firms. He has held this position since May 2015, leading the company as it has grown to serve over 400 customers and raised approximately $200 million in funding from various investors, including Bessemer and Lightspeed.12

Nicholas has a diverse background in technology and entrepreneurship. Before founding Alloy, he worked as the Head of Product at Knox Payments and has experience in freelancing and software development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in History and African American Studies from the University of Virginia.1

Under his leadership, Alloy has developed a platform that helps financial institutions manage fraud, compliance, and identity verification, adapting to the increasingly complex landscape of financial fraud.2
