Tommy Luginbill is a distinguished entrepreneur and educator who is a driving force in creating positive social change. A Doctor of Business Administration in Blue Ocean Strategy and Economic Development from Florida Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business, and a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware's Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. Tommy is a seasoned leader with experience in both academia and business.

He has been a Specialty Faculty and Director at TechPort at the University of Maryland, a director of the Entrepreneur & Innovation Institute at the College of Southern Maryland, a co-founder of Solair Systems LLC, and the President of the Sigma Pi Fraternity, International.

Throughout his career, Tommy has been committed to making a difference in his community by volunteering and participating in programs that benefit others. Tommy is a man of many passions that include sports and activities, such as ring jousting on his mare named "Maggie," golfing with friends, and spending time with his wife and family on their farmette in Dunkirk.
