Selected by our C Suite as a member of the founding team and asked to lead and build the early sales motion in our EMEA HQ in Dublin, Ireland. Participated in the hiring of 65+ team members and sales directors, and ramping them to a fully functioning sales hub in one calendar year. The launch of our new EMEA HQ in Dublin comes at a time of exciting growth for Pluralsight, especially in Europe. We’re fortunate to already work with some of the biggest companies in Europe, including Tesco, Shell, VMware, AVEVA and Barclays, and we’ve now chosen to invest in a place that allows us to get closer to our growing customer base. By having a physical presence in Europe, we will be able to work even more closely with our customers to help them address their tech talent and skills development challenges as they look to digitally transform their businesses.

Over the next three years, we plan to hire 150 people across a wide variety of roles from sales to operations, finance and customer experience, and plan to invest €40m in Dublin to support local operations and our customers in Europe. With Dublin’s high-caliber, multi-lingual talent pool—together with Ireland’s proactive commitment to lifelong learning and closing the technology skills gap—it was a compelling choice for setting down our European roots.

Our Ether DCP platform is a SaaS product which provides sales, marketing, training, and IT departments with mobilization tools for electronic content management and sales enablement through custom developed or off the shelf mobile applications. I have led key development initiatives for integration with third party CRM systems, DAM platforms, and ERP systems such as <a href="http://Salesforce.com">Salesforce.com</a>, Master Control, and SAP. In my role I work with team members at virtually every call point to ensure that we are providing solutions to support their digital marketing strategy.

I have led the creation and implementation of projects for various medical device products including medical imaging, diagnostics, peripheral intervention, interventional cardiology, CRM, oncology, women's health, men's health, diabetes, surgical, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, spine, orthopedic, and more. In my role I work with members of nearly every team within the medical device or pharmaceutical company including marketing and communications, regulatory, directors of sales, training and education, and directly with sales representatives. I also call on IT departments and negotiate content management systems and SaaS platform contracts at the enterprise level.

As a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International my primary function was identifying top talent in the accounting and finance sector and bringing that talent pool to prospective employers through strategic relationships that I had developed primarily with large corporations in the Salt Lake market. I was recognized as a finalist for the Global Rookie of the Year Award and was subsequently appointed to the Global Field Advisory Council to help develop key selling tools and strategies for employees worldwide. Other key duties and accomplishments include:
