Tom Rippin

Tom Rippin is a distinguished leader, serving as the CEO of an acclaimed social enterprise focused on nurturing purpose-driven leaders in London, Berlin, and Paris.

In addition to his role as CEO, Tom also holds the position of Chair at the International Futures Forum (IFF), a platform dedicated to addressing intricate global issues and fostering constructive strategies.

Prior to his current roles, Tom garnered valuable experience at McKinsey & Company, where he spent 5 years.

Throughout his career, Tom has been actively involved in various organizations, holding board and advisory positions at Global Action Plan, Big Society Capital, and others.

He has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the Santander Social Enterprise Development Award, recognition as a Devex 40 under 40 International Development Leader, and being named a Deloitte Social Innovation Pioneer.

Tom has an extensive educational background, including a PhD in Biophysics from the University of Cambridge and a Visiting Practitioner role at The London School of Economics' Marshall Institute.
