Kimberley Abbott

Kimberley Abbott is the CEO and founder of Vested, a company dedicated to redefining the concept of a millionaire by making a meaningful impact on millions of lives through data-driven impact assessment.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Science from the University of Wollongong, Kimberley has a proven track record of innovation and social entrepreneurship.

Before founding Vested, she held leadership roles at Thales UK, focusing on cutting-edge projects in unmanned autonomous systems, smart cities, cyber security, and HUMS data.

Prior to her work at Thales, Kimberley founded Roka, a social enterprise aimed at empowering women and breaking the cycle of poverty in rural India through economic empowerment and education.

Kimberley's achievements have been recognized on various platforms, including being named in JCI Australia's 10 Top Outstanding Young People, receiving the Commonwealth Youth Award for Excellence in Development Work, and being acknowledged as one of Australia's top 100 Women of Influence by the Financial Review.

She has also been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women in Engineering Under 35 and as one of the Most Innovative Engineers in 2018.
