He is a former CEO of TapCloud LLC, where he founded the company and led it to success. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Tom served as Vice President of Blue Cross Blue Shield and Vice President e-Solutions at Health Care Service Corporation. He also held several notable positions, including being a Director at Rush Prudential Health Plans and Principal at Invoyent and closerlook inc.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.), Political Science, and Government from Marquette University, where he honed his skills in strategy development, marketing, customer experience, and patient engagement.
