The goal is to enable HD Supply to manage these assets and processes independently of Home Depot. Additionally, the project includes:
• The closure of the Atlanta Data Center and its migration to Chicago Colocation, user evaluation for new IAM implementation, and
• Email migration from Home Depot to HD Supply.

• Instituted Online Open Enrollment with in-house staff saving $100K annually, as well as $100K in implementation costs and $50K for seasonal help. 

• Informed of regulatory change to bonus program that needed immediate implementation, developed team and concept for implementation and delivered first phase in less than a month (avoided need to measure 2200 employees manually). 

• Improved transparency and reduced administrative costs by $50K—saved additional $250K by using internal resources versus consultants. 

• Reduced printing and distribution costs by $40K annually by implementing EPay.
