The VP of Growth bridges the departments of franchise business development/sales, marketing, operations, and information technology. Focused on internal alignment as it applies to targeted new franchise revenue, penetration rate growth, utilizing external market dynamics information, customer needs and preferences, buyer behavior, technology roadmap, and current franchise client portfolio opportunities.

VP, Agency Growth & Development

Interface heavily with internal team members and C-level client contacts throughout the strategy development process as well as execution for digital marketing services including PPC, SEO, Content, Analytics, Creative Design, Display and online Local Listings. The VP of Strategy leads cross-functional Heads of Service across a range of complex project types with multiple components including research and insights, valuation and business case development, establishing a digital vision, organizational design, process optimization, digital roadmap development, rationalizing communication channel decisions, future state visualizations, and other modules depending on client needs and industry/vertical shifts.

Vice President Strategy

Lead, refine and develop Location3 Media’s Local Services department, which includes primarily Franchise PPC, but also includes Local Listings Management, Local SEO, Local Social Media Marketing, Search Plus (Paid Listings) and other niche services such as Google Virtual Tours. I help the Local Services team deliver excellent client support, strategy and campaign management.  Oversee client growth and retention, by focusing on staff development, strategic value and building and maintaining deep client relationships. Building and refining the L3 Local Services Department and offerings to become a leader within the L3 organization.

Director of Client Solutions with a focus on new services growth and direction including but not limited to PPC, SEO, Social Media, Local PPC and Local Listings Optimization and Management.

In filling the span between ideation and execution, strategy and implementation, and service offerings and selling, I  help L3M clients bring continuity to an ever changing digital marketing environment.

The primary function of the Dir. of Client Solutions role is to act as the recipient of internal and client recommendations for service enhancements and improvements. I assist in gathering business requirements for Location3 offerings, and partner with all relevant subject matter experts to help guide directional growth for the offerings. Working closely with the senior leadership team I help to  prioritize service enhancements and strategic shifts, applying knowledge of clients, business and sales to meet service needs.

Primary Goal of the Director of Client Solutions: 	Identify root causes for missing opportunities and help to facilitate strong conditions for growth by:

•	Helping to drive properly aligned growth and change from within as well as from without
•	Facilitating execution of strategic growth ideas
•	Assessing potential for improvements in processes and offerings
•	Coordinating application launch of new strategies, services, tools, contracts, sales materials
•	Providing the bridge between sales and strategy teams for what L3 is doing, considering doing, or not doing
•	Validating ideas and executing milestones in development and execution of new services
•	Align key elements of infrastructure and culture to the growth goals and agendas

Director of Client Solutions

Spearheading the growth of Location3 Media by establishing agency and client relationships. Agency partners where service overlaps can be filled by our niche expertise in search marketing are an ideal fit, and clients who see the big picture and wish to see their campaigns perform better, spend less and exceed return goals over the long haul.

Manager of Business Development

Print and digital advertising coordinator for a direct to physician psychopharmaceutical journal. Advertisers include Wyeth, Eli Lilly, and Pfizer. Headed the transformation of Essential Psychopharmacology from a 1 credit CME journal to a fully ad supported subscription resource for practicing psychiatrists.
