Michael Garbus, MBA ITIL

Michael Garbus is a seasoned business development and operations leader with an extensive background in healthcare and compliance programs. He has managed multi-site international teams of over 550 team members and contractors, and he specializes in turnaround operations, managing multiple simultaneous complex projects for civilian agencies. Michael has held several leadership positions throughout his career, including Vice President Healthcare IT at TurningPoint Global Solutions, Vice President of Assessments and Appeals at MAXIMUS Global Health, and Executive Consultant, Business Engineering at CGI. He has also served on the board of directors for the Loudoun Literacy Council and worked as an account manager at Perot Systems and a systems engineer at EDS. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Psychology from Ithaca College, an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, and is a graduate of the EDS Systems Engineering Development program.
